Final Product

Vending Machine #1

This is the first vending machine that I made for my final product, I created it using vector shapes in Pohotoshop, and using the various brush tools and settings there were which allowed me to add the rust and scratches on to the vending machine. I enjoyed creating this vending machine and I feel like the final result came out very well, I think if I was to do this again I might change the blue line down the side and try to make it seem more vibrant and glowing as I feel it could be a little bit better.

Vending Machine #2

This is the second vending machine I made, I really like how this one came out despite adding some new items to it right at the very end, I feel like the buttons do like good but I would change them a little bit if I was to make this again as I feel I could add some glow to them and that would make the design look a lot better but overall I feel I utilised the colours very well to make a product that blends together nicely.

Drone #1

This was my first drone that I finished and I am very please with how it turned out as I feel it looks really good and I feel all the colours blend together really well on it. I added some scratches using the brush tools and my tablet as I felt it needed a little bit extra at the end to ensure it looked good. I also added in some wires which I hadn’t added in to any of my initial ideas and that was because I had the idea while creating this final piece and I figured it’s more to look at so it would be better overall as I feel it improve the quality of the product.

Drone #2

This is the second drone that I created for my final product, I feel like this drone went well but I still prefer the first drone I made as the first just looks better in my opinion. I like how all the colours blend together on this design, I feel like where I placed the bradning was a good place and it really does stand out because I added a yellow background to it. This was also the first one of my designs where I also had to utilise the warp tool which allowed me to change how rectangles looked so I could ensure they fitted the design well.

Billboard #1

This is the first billboard design that I created, I feel like this design went well and I feel like all of the aspects of the design look good. I wanted to create a billboard as I figured it was a way of showing the products that my factory were creating and also showcasing more than one of my items at once. Overall I feel like this design worked out very well and looks good, I have noticed looking back at it that I did forget to add some extra details at the end, I was going to add some scuff marks to it but I feel like it looks good enough and they might have ruined it.

Billboard #2

This is the second billboard that I created, I was determind to create a different look for this billboard as I didn’t want it to be a total replica of the first one I made and therefore I gave it a different ad and also I changed some of the colours and made the supports different so instead of the support being a rail it is now bolts. I liked creating the bolts as they were fun to make and I found it fun trying to think of a creative way to make them using vector shapes, obviously I could’ve used the brush settings but I didn’t feel like I had enough practice with a graphics tablet to create a believable texture that would look good.

Factory

This is my final factroy piece and it was the final piece of artwork that I created for this project, I found it very enjoyable to make while challenging at the same time as I was having to think hard about where to place certain vector shapes. Overall I feel like the design is very well done and all the colours blend together, I like the grey that I used for the building as it isn’t too dark but it is dark enough that it helps make all the other colours of the design stand out against it. The branding could’ve been done a bit better because looking at it now the main logo is looking a bit stretched so I could fix that if I did this again.
